Jackie Hein

Clinical Social Worker
& Therapist
MA, LMSW, CAADC

I've been providing compassionate and individualized treatment through transparent collaboration for more than 12 years.

Struggle is a normal reaction to abnormal events that may have left you feeling unlike yourself. It becomes consuming, costing you time with loved ones and friends, money, sense of peace, sleep, pleasure, joy, or your health and you want nothing more than to be yourself again; maybe even find yourself for the first time ever. I don't judge and am here to listen and be with whatever is going on with you, to provide a safe holding place for emotions and problems, and, if you’re ready, to facilitate interventions to help you reach your personal goals.

I am passionate about those moments when someone starts gaining insight, making changes and feeling better. Along the way, I welcome honest feedback about how that process is going; the most important thing is that you get what you need. Furthermore, I commit to being honest with you and to providing any information I can that may help with healing.

Admitting something's wrong and then doing something about it takes courage. Now that you've done that, finding the right therapist is important and I would love to meet with you to see if we’re a good fit. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to set up a time to meet. I am available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
